A nice comfortable house in a little village, situated in a tree-covered mountain landscape. The small old village with only a few inhabitants surrounds the little church in a pictoresque way.

This romantic ancient house is situated in an absolute calm area, therefore it conveys the atmosphere of leisure.

And just in this house you can admire the original paintings of the artist Luisa Casagrande. Additionally, there are also some paintings on the walls...

The ground floor offers a spacious a living/dining room (satellite TV, stereo system and DVD player, double sleep couch, pellet stove) with passage to a fire-place room with a big old open fire place. The kitchen was completely renovated (***, dishwasher, german coffee machine). Outside there is a large, partially roofed, veranda. Wood stairs lead into the first floor (on the landing there is a small toilet): 2 bedrooms, one with direct entryway to the renovated large bath with shower cubicle, the other one with an entryway to the upper veranda, from which you can also reach the garden; and a small Studio with a single bed.

The affectionate and individual equipment is good and rich; central heating (gas), washing machine. In the year 2010 the house was almost completely renovated (floors, bathrooms). New are kitchen, central heating. 

Best possible insulating glass windows and doors were installed in 2023, also a pellet stove.

The small but nice garden with ornamental fountain can be illuminated with some lamps. It is fenced and has 2 entrances, one of them with entryphone; new barbecue was placed in 2018. There is also a private parking lot at the disposal of the guests.

The next local trattoria is only 250 m away from the house. All facilities and a public swimming-pool are located in Arrone (2,7 km away), also a very nice ancient village. Good possibilities for walking in the surrounding hills (the mount Pollino arrives at 1232 m). The famous falls Cascate delle Marmore and the sea Lago di Piediluco (ideal for water sports) are located 10 km away. You can reach Rome from the railway station Terni (15 km away) within one hour.
