The location of this recently built holiday residence is perfect: just by the Trasimeno Lake, above the village S. Feliciano with a beautiful view over the lake and its three islands.

About 50 apartments are distributed among the houses in a hillside location which are situated around the main building in a laid-out garden area. The main building offers bar with breakfast tables, small market (open from the end of May), phone, and TV room.

The centre of the holiday village is the swimming pool (20mx10m), which is open between the end of May and the end of September. You will also find here: sunshades and deckchairs, 2 tennis courts (for a fee), table tennis, volleyball court, boccia, washing and ironing room. The guests have also an underground car park at their disposal and bicycles for hire.  The animation program is in august. There is a small wood above the village. It is a nice place for children to play. There is also a restaurant in the direction of the lake, distance of about 150 m. A well-kept private sandy beach (distance of about 200 m) with a bar next to the lake is reserved for the guests. For a few years there was built a 3rd. swimming pool (open from the beginning of June till the end of September) just in this place. The courses of windsurfing, water skiing, riding, and golfing are organized (chargeable). The village is ideal for doing sports and also for relaxing with the whole family just nearby the lake.

Apartment Giardino for up to 2+2 pers.: living/dining room with double bed settee, kitchenette (extractor), bedroom, bathroom, and terrace with outside furniture.

Apartment Solarium for up to 4+1 pers.: like Giardino but there is an inside staircase that leads to a sleeping gallery with 2 beds.

Apartment Portico for up to 4 pers.: like Giardino but 2 bathrooms.

Apartment Balcone for up to 4+1 pers.: like Solarium but 2 bathrooms.

All of the apartments offer an air conditioning (on request; surcharge 12.50 for a day), Giardino and Solarium are equipped with a safe.
