The central location (between Florence and Rome) of this family holiday accommodation and affordable prices for holidays in the highly interesting art-historical region decided that we placed Hotel Rosati in our offer.

Hotel Rosati is an ideal base to explore the southeastern Tuscany: the medieval town Sarteano (7km) and the small town Montepulciano (ca. 20 km) famous for its vineyards are located in the neighbourhood. Not far away are also the thermal baths of Chianciano Terme (about 8 km), Arezzo (about 65 km) and Siena (about 75 km).  

It has been popular with a lot of regular guests for many years and it is known for its absolutely delicious Tuscan cuisine! This very well-kept hotel was completely renovated a few years ago.

This hotel is also ideal for an one-night stop on your way to southern Italy; especially to Campania, Calabria and Sicily. 

The breakfast buffet is really hearty here, so that you can good fortify yourself before your long journey to „the toe of the boot“. The excellent renowned and famous restaurant captivates many guests because the delicious original Tuscan meals have been cooked here exclusively from the fresh regional ingredients. But it is not only the cuisine that attract the guests' attention. The restaurant's decoration is also something special: many antiques, collector's items and a cosy atmosphere...In the summer time the guests can enjoy their meals on the terrace. The guests can also spend their free time in a bar, reading room, lounge or gym. Children have their own playing units. Directly at the hotel there is a parking.

There are not more than about 25 rooms in the hotel and they feature: bathroom (with a hairdryer), air conditioning, TV, WiFi and a telephone. Many rooms offer also a balcony.
