This splendid new detached house is located on a fringe of the city Avola (about 1 km away) in a phantastic bur still quiet area. You will find here many good restaurants, bars, pizzerias etc. The distance to the sea promenade and the sandy beach is about 3 km. You can also easily reach these places by bicycle.

The well-kept garden plot with trees, bushes and a big lawn is partly surrounded by the small natural stone wall. The outdoor area of the house was enriched by the playground units, private access road and a parking place.

Naturally, the summer central point of the estate is the private swimming pool (about 9 m x 4 m x 1,6 m) with the sunbathing lawn. The area around the swimming pool is tilled and directly connected with a large shady terrace. The guests have at their disposal the outdoor furniture and an outdoor furniture set.

The spacious house (about 100 sq.m.) for up to 2+2 people offers a dining-living room with a corner sofa (sleep function), TV and an air conditioner; well-equipped (electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster) open kitchen; 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower cubicle). The washing machine is in the small storage room.

Additionally, you can enjoy the extensive view of the landscape up to the sea form the spacious roof terrace.
