The house is surrounded by a beautiful, vaste area of land (about 1500 sqm) with fragrant lemon trees. Also barbecue and outside shower, as well as private access road with parking lots, are at the disposal of the guests.

In 2010 the local beach was rewarded with "five sails" for its water quality. Noto is about 7 km away; in the surroundings there are a tennis court (about 1 km away) and a swimming pool (about 6 km away). Various shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The apartment offers a cozy and spacious living room with bed-settee, 2nd couch and satellite TV, 2 bedrooms with air conditioner; 2 bathrooms (with shower box and hair dryer), an eat-in kitchen with a brick wall kitchenette (***, washing machine, microwave oven, coffe maker, toaster and much more) and a door to the terrace with a hand-painted sicillian table. The other big terrace is located in front of the house. Furthermore the apartment disposes of a wood stove in the living room for the colder time of the year. The very friendly and helpful owner provides the guests with wood.
