This extraordinary double villa disposes of a spectacular location just above the sea with an incredible view above the sea, Catania and the Mount Etna, which builds the focus of this breathtaking scenery. The stretch of coast, which is connected to the long sandy beach in the south of Catania, is called Costa Saracena. It is a varied rocky coast with individual sandy bays.

The above-mentioned villa is located in a separate villa settlement, which disposes of a tennis court, a bar and a grocery shop (seasonal). Furthermore there are restaurants and shops in the street which leads from Catania (ca. 25 km) to Syracuse (ca. 35 km); it provides a good connection to both the area of Syracuse, Noto and the area of Catania, Etna. For guests of Villa Saraceno there is the opportunity of dining at a fixed price at the Tenuta di Roccadia, which is only a few kilometres away.
For taking a refreshing bath there are different possibilities: only a few metres away from the house there is a path (ca. 150 steps) that leads to the rocky coast; ca. 450 metres away there is a coast, with both sand and rocks, reacheble on foot. Furthermore there is the previously mentioned long sandy beach in the south of Catania, which can be reached in only a few minutes by car.
The enclosed and quiet estate of the villa disposes of entrance, parking space and outdoor shower for each apartment, of a spacious outside surface and a huge roof terrace, that offers a wide view above sea and land.

Each half of the villa (ca. 115 sm) for up to 6 people: living-dining room with 2 sofas, armchair, Sat.-TV, air conditioner and a large panoramic door that leads to the panoramic terrace with its spectacular view above the rocky coast, kitchen (new furnishing, ***, dishwasher, washing machine) with exit to a panoramic side veranda, 2 bedrooms (both with air conditioner) and bath (masoned shower); indoor stairs lead to the ground floor (pleasantly cool in summer, quite damp in the transitional months), in a large bedroom with panoramic window above the sea and its own bathroom.

The furnishing is pretty good, for its proximity to the sea: many components have been renewed, original stone floor and so on. The last complete renovation has been conducted in 2014! 

Extra: From about Easter to October, a new whirlpool is available directly at the house and with a sea view!

The swimming pools of the Country Estate Roccadia may be used on request from Eastern till the end of October.
