This new villa with a garden and a private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m x 1,6 m, open from May to October) is located in a quiet district of Lido di Noto: Falconara. It is only about 800 m away from the sandy beach Scogli Bianchi.

Apart from the swimming pool, the guests have an outside shower and a barbecue at their disposal. You can also park your car near the house.

This holiday home is on the first floor of the house. The external stairs lead you up to the apartment (about 60 sq.m.) for 4 + 1 people: veranda with a sea view, kitchen (electric oven, toaster…) with a granite worktop, TV; 1st bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom.

Villa Nerina is a good and for the most part new-equipped holiday home: air conditioner, washing machine.
