We would like to introduce our guests to a luxurious single villa with a private pool on the hills above Avola. You can enjoy the quiet position and a wide view over the green of the surrounding hills.

The sea, the sandy Tremoli beach, can be reached in about 7 minutes by car (6 km).

The enclosed garden with driveway and parking spaces is beautifully landscaped, the focal point is the private pool (7 m x 5 m x 1.60 m, in operation from around Easter to October) with a sunbathing terrace. There is of course also a barbecue area and an outdoor shower.

The house offers a large terrace and a veranda with seating, some areas of the house are beautifully walled with natural stone.

The spacious interior (approx. 120 sqm) is divided into living-dining room with couch and TV, 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning), very nice fitted kitchen (washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle. ..) with wood-burning oven for bread or pizza and 2 beautiful bathrooms with shower cubicle.
