Also this house, like Casa Mandarini, is entirely restored; it's only about 150m away from the former. It disposes of a beautiful outdoor area with parking area, lawn, large veranda and a well furnished terrace with barbecue and a beautiful view over the sea. The house, whose ground floor is also suitable for disabled people, offers a kitchen with dining area (***, granit working surface, german coffee machine on demand), bedroom with TV & air conditioners and a bathroom.

A staircase, accessible both from the outside and the inside, leads up to the first floor, which was entirely restored in 2010. It disposes of 2 cozy double rooms (one with TV, the other with additional bed on demand) with air conditioner and a bathroom (shower cubicle).
