For many years this property of Professor Mulargia is very popular and fancied among lovers of the typical Sardinian hospitality and cuisine: the restaurant offers (mostly home-made and high quality) Sardinian delicacies and many food of own production such as olive oil, sausages, ham, cheese, home-made "antipasti" (starters) and pasta, vegetables and fruit, honey, jams, wine and liqueur. All is served in familiar atmosphere in a rustic-elegant restaurant (made of natural stone and wood) with beautiful view over the country of La Caletta, the mountains and the sea. The property is only about 1 km (by car 1,2 km) away from the wonderful sandy beaches of La Caletta and Santa Lucia.

2007 the owner has realized a group of 12 spacious rooms in a quiet, bucolic, location about 100 m away from the restaurant. The double and 3-bed rooms are tastefully equipped and dispose of bathroom (with shower cubicle and hairdryer), courtyard or veranda, satellite TV, air conditioner, fridge, insulated windows and fly screen. 4 of the rooms dispose of a small kitchen nook; all rooms are color-coordinated. One of the rooms impresses with a splendid canopy bed.

The half board (rentable from 1.6. until 30.9.) comprises a rich breakfast buffet with local, home-made products and a four-course dinner (2 dishes at choice) on meat basis.
The wide property (ca. 5 hectares) offers playground space for kids and the possibility of observing sheeps, goats, chickens, geese, cats, horses or donkeys. The guests also have the possibility to spectate at the cheese processing. Of course also parking spaces are available.
