This group of private double villas is located on the edge of the village, they are surrounded by a well kept green space with Mediterranean ornamental shrubs and meadow. Distance to the sandy beach 150 – 250 m, to the stores 400 m.

Each two parts of a villa are separated by a wall; each part offers large veranda with barbecue, living/dining room with open fireplace (some of the houses), usually with couch or two armchairs and kitchenette (***). A wooden stair leads up to a sleeping gallery with two beds or a bed-settee for 2 people in the living room, a bedroom with exit to the garden, a small bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom (with shower cubicle). The furniture is very good, many wooden details, TV and washing machine on demand (extra charge). Each apartment has at its disposal also an outdoor shower in the private garden area and a parking space in the common area.
