The Villas Sa Murata are a group of private semi-detached houses surrounded with gardens with pine-trees, palm-trees and Mediterranean ornamental shrubs. It is located only about 100 – 150 m away from the sandy seashore and about 200m away from the shops and another locals interesting for tourists. Every villa has ist own garden with Mediterranean vegetation, barbecue and outdoor shower. There is also a drive with a car park.

The houses of Sa Murata were built approximately at the same time as the villas Gigli and they have similar features. Every half of the semi-detached house offers a spacious veranda, living/dining room with open fireplace and a small couch, kitchen (washing machine, ***), 3 bedrooms (one of them with a bunk bed) and a bathroom (masonry shower box). Although the equipment is partially older, it is still well-kept and homelike. Many parts of the equipment and furnishing were renovated. Satellite tv, air-conditioner.
