Villetta Tamerici for up to 4+1 people is located in the northern part of Costa Rei, very close to the beautiful sandy beach (only approx. 90 m!), it is a handsome terraced house with a large, enclosed private garden  that has an entrance with parking space, barbacue and outdoor shower.

A large, sea-side veranda extends over the entire width of the house, the well and newly furnished house offers a living-dining room with couch, satellite TV and air conditioning, a semi-separated kitchen, a double bedroom, a 2nd smaller bedroom with bunk bed and 3rd .bed, and a bathroom (with shower cubicle).

All the equipment is modern and solid, the washing machine is  in a storage room behind the house.
