The Villas S. Pietro are located in the neighbourhood of the villas S. Pietro with a swimming pool but they have no swimming pool. Instead of that, they are more spacious and more comfortable equipped. Their architecture resembles the ancient Roman Villas in following way: the shape of every villa is a square/rectangle with a patio in the middle of it. As a result, the guests have at their disposal terraces and verandas on the 2 sides of the house.

Every villa offers: a big terrace/veranda and a spacious living-dining room with a couch, open fireplace and satellite TV. Through an arch in the wall you can directly go from the living-dining room to the kitchen (***, dishwasher, microwave oven, German coffee maker on request) with an entryway to the 2nd. Veranda. There are also 2 or 3 sleeping rooms, a bathroom (shower tube, double basins) and the washing machine. The whole equipment is tasteful, new and of high quality but not fussy. Every living room and every sleeping room has an air conditioner. Apart from that every villa offers a barbecue, an outdoor shower in the garden and a private parking place near your house.

Villas with 2 sleeping rooms (which you can separately reach from the patio) or 3 sleeping rooms have 2 bathrooms and a living-dining room without an open fire-place but with a bigger sliding doors to veranda and mostly with 2 beautiful couches.   

The complex of the villas S. Pietro offers also some more spacious villas with 3 sleeping rooms and 3 bathrooms. The 3rd. sleeping room is in a kind of a corner tower and it has a back exit to the higher situated garden. And just from this garden you have a splendid view of the surroundings and the sea.
