In the group of private villas, in the south area of Costa Rei (S. Elmo district, about 6 km before the main village) there are 4 new villas around also new swimming pool (12 m x 6 m x 1,4 m; open from April till the end of October). The villas were built between the swimming pool and the gardens or walls. On the one side of the villa you can directly go to the common swimming pool and on the other side of the villa you have your private place with gardens and walls, that protect you from the curious glances. The whole group of the villas was built in the traditional Sardinian style: typical building materials, colours. There are mainly warm colours, natural stone, granite and Mediterranean plants. Both the villas and the gardens are being well kept by the gardeners. A comfortable walk (about 550 m) leads you to the magnificent, long beach. Shops, restaurants and bars are in the town (about 1200 m away). 

Every villa offers a big terrace/veranda and a spacious living-dining room: with a couch, open fire-place and satellite TV. Through an arch in the wall you can directly go from the living-dining room to the kitchen (***, dishwasher, microwave oven, German coffee maker on request) with an entryway to the 2nd. Veranda. There are also 2 sleeping rooms, a bathroom (shower tube, double basins) and the washing machine in the house.

The whole equipment is tasteful, new and of high quality but not fussy. Every living room and every sleeping room has an air conditioner. Apart from that every villa offers a barbecue, an outdoor shower in the garden and a private parking place near your house.
