These private detached houses are situated in quiet position near Villa Giacu, surrounded by a well-kept garden, near the sandy beach (ca. 100-200 m) and the restaurants and stores of the village (ca. 200 m).
The houses (ca. 80 sqm) are all built approximately at the same time and have similar features: often arched and homely veranda, living/dining room (often with open fireplace), kitchenette (***) separated by an arch, 3 bedrooms (one of them partly with one or two bunk beds), and bathroom (usually with shower box). Well-kept country-stile furniture, TV and washing machine.
