The 2 Villas S. Pietro, each of them with a private swimming pool, are situated in the neighborhood of the 4 villas with a common swimming pool. The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 8 m x 4 m, 1,40 depth and it is open in the whole summer season. The area around the swimming pool is tiled with a nature stone tiles. There is also a lawn with a lot of greenery at the guests' disposal.

There are 2 verandas in this villa: the roofed veranda is in the garden and the second veranda with a dining area and a barbecue is in the courtyard. The villa features: 3 bedrooms (1st. one with 3 beds, the other 2 have a direct entry to the courtyard and one of them has an en suite bathroom); the other 2 bathrooms (with a shower cubicle) are in the sleeping area and in the living area; living dining room with a dining table and a spacious living room with a double sleep sofa and TV. You can reach the garden and the courtyard directly from the living area but you will not be disturbed while sleeping here as to the fact that other sleeping rooms can be reached directly from outside. 

This villa is very good equipped: air conditioners and a washing machine are also at the guests' disposal.
