The exclusive semi-detached villas (type II) in Sardinian style offer semicircular veranda, barbecue and outside shower.

The rooms are located around the inner courtyard; they offer living-dining room with couch, fireplace and TV, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, granite work surface, ***), bathroom (usually tessellated, washbasin with granite border, shower cubicle), 2 bedrooms with air conditioners and 2nd bathroom (with shower cubicle).

The furnishings and the materials used in the holiday home are very good and of high quality: wooden windows with thermal insulation (partially with natural stone cladding), safe, washing machine. Because of the fact that the houses belong to the different owner, there are some differences in their equipment and furnishings.

Above that, villas type II feature an exterior stircase and a solarium tarrace where you can enjoy the wide view over Costa Rei, the mountains in the hinterland and the see.
