The exclusive villas in Sardinian style offer semicircular veranda, barbecue and outside shower. The rooms are located round the inner courtyard; they offer living-dining room with couch, fireplace and TV, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, granite work surface, ***), bathroom (usually tessellated, washbasin with granite border, shower cubicle), 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2nd bathroom (with shower cubicle).
The furniture is very good and elegant, wooden windows with thermal insulation, safe, washing machine.

Bed linen and towels rentable on demand on site: 10 per person/week.

The village Costa Rei raises a stay tax, "tassa di soggiorno": 0,50 in July, 0,70 in August per person (excluding people up to 13 and from 65 years old), that can be paid on site.
