Villa Bellavista - Costa Rei
Andrea Doria is situated close to the beach. Thanks to the panoramic location, you can enjoy the view of Costa Rei, the beach and the sea here! The house with its garden is located in the southern part of Costa Rei, only about 350m away from the beach. A small stairway leads you to the sea.
This detached house adjoins only a corner of the neighbours’ house. There is a barbecue and a spacious panoramic veranda in the outdoor area of the house. The holiday home has two indoor parts:
- the living area: living room with a sofa, open fireplace and TV; Kitchen and a bathroom (with shower cubicle and a washing machine).
- the sleeping area, reachable by a few stairs leading up from the living room: 2 double bedrooms, triple room with 3 twin beds and a bathroom (with shower cubicle).
The equipment was largely renewed; air conditioner…
Of course, there is a parking place for your car too.
