The Villa is ideally located in Costa Rei (southern part of its area) – only a few steps to the sandy beach (about 50m, without any road to cross). It is situated on the private garden plot with plenty of bushes and trees. You can easily admire the sea here: its blue gleams through the surrounding green. The guests have a barbecue and a parking place at their disposal.

This house offers: a large veranda; living-dining room with a fireplace, sofa and TV; 3 bedrooms (one of them with a bunk bed and an additional bed); kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster etc.); bathroom (with a shower cubicle); 2 toilets (with basins and a washing machine). 

The equipment of the house is good and solid. There is an air conditioner in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.
