The spacious residence is situated in hillside location and surrounded by a well-kept green space and garden with view to the sea (distance to the sandy beach ca. 500 – 950 m).

A large pool (ca. 25 m x 12 m, open between June and September, 5 per person and day) with sun shadows and deck chairs is the heart of the village, it offers also tennis courts (for a charge), ball game area, restaurant (open between May and September), and parking lots.

There are available apartments in terraced houses (groups of 3-5 apartments), varying in size; all of them offer private entrance, garden lot on the ground floor, view to the sea on the upper floor. The furnishings are bright, new, and functional; TV, washing machine, and barbecue.

Type A for 2+2 pers.: Living/dining room with double bed settee, kitchenette (***), veranda, bedroom or sleeping gallery with double bed, bathroom.

Type B for 4+2 pers.: Like type A, but bedroom and in addition sleeping gallery.

Type C for 4+2 pers.: Like type A, but 2 bedrooms, one of them with two beds or bunk bed.

Type D for 6+1 pers.: Like type C, in addition sleeping gallery with two beds.
