The foothills of Capo Coda Cavallo, ca. 9 km north of S. Teodoro right opposite the island of Tavolara, are one of the most beautiful parts of Sardinia: sandy bays, reddish rocks, little islands, green areas, and nice-smelling macchia (typical wild vegetation near the coast). The sea is very clear with beautiful light and colour reflections.

The recently built Residence Baia Salinedda consists of about 55 bungalows, which are composed of 11 groups in a distance of only 250-350 m from the sea: nice protected sandy bays, little rocky islands...In the peak season the residence places sunshades and deckchairs at the disposal of its guests, beach service (for a fee) from 20.5.-31.10.

The houses are embedded in a marvellous Mediterranean vegetation and enjoy a nice view to the hills and the sea that is nearby.

A few years ago there was built a nice heated swimming pool (10 m x 4 m, from april until the end of October) and a small swimming pool for children!

Thanks to such amenities and attractions as: small jacuzzi whirlpool, table tennis, parking lots, little market, washing room, bar and restaurant (open from the middle of May to the middle of October), your stay in this hotel will be  pleasant. It's possible to book breakfast and dinner for a fixed price.

In the bays nearby you can find stores, restaurants, tennis court, boat and windsurf hire, sailing and surfing school (all seasonal business); all-year open stores in Monte Petrosu (3,5 km). Bicycles can be hired directly in he Residence.

Each of the small bungalows offers living/dining room with 2 bed settees, bedroom, kitchenette (***), bathroom (masonry shower box, hairdrier), veranda with outside furniture, terrace, and a little garden; solid and well-kept furnishings, air conditioner, safe, TV sat. and an outside barbecue.

Among small bungalows there are 10 without a sea view and about 30 with a sea view. Small bungalow for up to 2+2 pers.

Most of the bungalows type II have a sea view. Their rooms have a different floor plan as the rooms of the small bungalows. Therefore, they have one additional small sleeping room with a bunk bed and a microwave oven in the kitchenette.
