This terrace house is the middle one of three houses in Via Sicilia, in the South of Budoni. It is located about 400 m away from the sandy beach of Budoni. A private road leads to Piera. Already the outside of the house makes a favourable impression on the guests, donated by the typical Sardinian colours of the natural stone walls - they make this house elegant and homey.

The about 75 sqm. house Piera has two floors. In the ground floor there is a front garden with a low wall fence and a roofed terrace. The guests enter the ground-floor holiday home through the terrace door. The ground floor offers: spacious living/dining room with a fitted wooden kitchenette, double sleep sofa, satellite TV and a bathroom (with shower box). The internal stairs, made of granite, lead to the first floor which disposes of: a double bed sleeping room with terrace on the front side of the house, a small sleeping room with trundle bed and balcony on the back side of the house and a bathroom (with shower box).

The equipment is very well-kept and new: stylish bathrooms, beautiful cotto floors and much more. There is also one more small wall-fenced garden with outdoor shower (warm water), barbecue and a washing machine.
