Dependance on the ground floor for 2+2 people:

entrance from the seaside, great front terrace with view over the sea, living-dining room with double bed-settee for 2 people, kitchenette (***, extractor fan), bedroom and bathroom. Air condition unit, the furniture is good, nice wooden doors, the windows are a bit smaller than in the main apartment, but they still do offer view over the sea.

The guests have also a small "barbecue house" at their disposal to celebrate summer parties. All the guests have at their disposal a washing machine, wifi.
