The detached house with the spectacular location in Marina di Magomadas! Right on the cliffs! Wonderful sunsets over the sea!!!

Marina di Magomadas is a small coastal village (an old little fishermen's church and a few houses) in the neighbourhood of Porto Alabe. You will pass it on the way to Bosa Marina. The detached house Belvedere sul Mare is situated nearby Villa S. Maria Mare that is our extremely popular house already for many years. Despite the really very close distance to the sea (i.e. the negative impact of a breeze containing salt), the house is well-kept. All windows and a bathroom were already renewed for the season 2018.

This house for up to 6 people is located directly on the cliffs; altitude about 40 m! The house is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, ornamental shrubs and offers a driveway and parking. The guests have an amazing panoramic view of the sea, of the seashore and of the remote mountains along the coastline. A small path with stairs leads down to the sea. You can go for a swim directly under the house (when the sea is calm) or go 500 m farther as long as the first beautiful sandy bay of Porto Alabe. 

This very spacious (about 140 sq.m.) detached house is to be reached from the veranda on the landward hillside. The second veranda (a very large one) with a curved retaining wall and a barbecue extends along the whole seaward side of the house!

The big meadow is directly next to the house; private driveway and parking are also available. 

The house features: living dining room with a sofa set and satellite TV; new kitchenette (***), 3 bedrooms (one of them with a door to the veranda on the landward hillside) and a renewed bathroom with a shower tube and a washing machine. 

The furnishings of the house are good and rich.
