Holiday home Il Leccio

Our holiday home is a completely separated corner apartment in the new house (with not more than 4 apartments) of a small agriturismo. The house is located only about 7,5 km away from the sea. The border with Tuscany runs only a few hundred meter to the north. This border separates the regions Lazio and Tuscany. Both regions Pescia Romana and Pescia Fiorentina are situated in the middle of the amazing landscape of Maremma.

The house is situated in the middle of a large garden area with old olive trees, ornamental bushes and much green. Our corner apartment has its own fenced garden, so it is a perfect place also for your pet.

The apartment features: 2 bedrooms (1st. one with a double bed, the other one with an oversize bed: width 1,4 m, appropriate for example for an adult and a child); spacious living room with a chair-bed and an open fire place; dining room with a kitchenette (fridge freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher); bathroom with a shower cubicle, hair drier and a washing machine. TV, air conditioner, central heating are also at the guests' disposal. The elegant tasteful new furnishings harmonise with the rural surroundings. The large terrace with outdoor furniture is on the 2 sides of the house. 

Brick barbecue and a parking place are just in front of the house.

Il Leccio is an all-season house.
