Casa Mariagrazia

The holiday home Mariagrazia is situated on the fringe of the town Pescia Romana in the direction of Marina di Pescia Romana, only about 3,5 km away from the sea. There are only a few old estates in the neighbourhood. However, going to the sea there are some fine restaurants where you can enjoy a really good meal.

Our holiday home is on the 1st floor. The ground floor is completely separated and not rented.

The apartment Mariagrazia features: 2 bedrooms (1st. one with a double bed, the other one with 2 single beds and a sleeping gallery with 2 single beds on request); bathroom with a shower cubicle; spacious living room with a sofa, armchair dining table, and a heating stove (with a special system that disperse the heat into the other rooms), TV and a kitchenette (fridge freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher and a microwave oven). The washing machine is also at the disposal of the gusts'.

In the front of the holiday home there is a fenced garden with a lawn to play on. It is also a perfect place for your pet. The outdoor stirs lead from this garden to the apartment. Adjacent to the house there are a pergola with the outdoor furniture to sit under, sunbeds and a completely equipped bricked outdoor kitchen with running water (warm and cold). Last but not least, there is also an outdoor shower with a warm water.

Parking places are on the street along the garden's fence or just in front of the house.
