Vineyard Geminiani - Montalto delle Marche

2 families are the owners and the managers of this manor and vineyard. It is the place where some excellent red and white wines (e.g. Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Rosso Piceno doc, Falerio dei Colli Ascolani doc) are produced. It is also the place where the high quality home-made extra virgin olive oil will be pressed. The guests have the unique opportunity of tasting and purchasing all of these products.

It enjoys a fabulous location among the hills in the valley of Aso. It's a perfect place where you can start long walks or bike trips (bike rental at the property). Here you can visit some old monasteries, churches and castles. The national park of Sybillic Mountains (distance of about 30km) and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (distance of about 24km) can be reached within 20 minutes by car.

The small town Montalto delle Marche with a town wall and cathedral is only 6 km away. The distance to the nearest restaurant and shop is 900m and to the famous ancient provincial capital Ascoli Piceno about 40km.

The vineyard is located on the area of several thousand square meters: a lot of place for children to ride a bike and to play, small private gardens of Villa Ovest and Dependance, barbecue area...

The swimming pool is located over the owner's villa - only about 80m away from the house. It is situated in the middle of an extensive (about 2.000 sq.m.) garden with old olive trees. The opening times of the swimming pool are from the end of april until the beginning of october. There is also a small swimming pool for children (12m x 5m x 1,4m). The tiled swimming pool is surrounded by a big relax area in the magnificent panoramic location. Shower, sunshades, changing cubicle and toilet are at the disposal of the owners and the guests of Casa Colonica and Apartment dei Fiori.
