Casa Colonica is located beside the main house of the estate. It is an entirely restored detached house (about 80 sq.m) for up to 4+1 people. It's also called Dependance.

It disposes of a small private flower garden (with meadow, oleander, lavender and so on), cosy veranda, spacious dining-living room with bed-settee and smart-TV, kitchenette (***) and a bathroom (shower cubicle and a washing machine). The indoor stairs lead up to the first floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower cubicle). The house is very well equipped. There is also a central heating (gas), wireless internet access and a car park. Bicycles may be rent.

The owner family takes lovely care of all of the guests, there is also a possibility of tasting and purchasing some excellent wines in the vinery.
