Case Dolci Marche - Montalto delle Marche

2 families are the owners and the managers of this manor and vineyard. It is the place where some excellent red and white wines (e.g. Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Rosso Piceno doc, Falerio dei Colli Ascolani doc) are produced. It is also the place where the high quality home-made extra virgin olive oil will be pressed. The guests have the unique opportunity of tasting and purchasing all of these products.

It enjoys a fabulous location among the hills in the valley of Aso. It's a perfect place where you can start long walks or bike trips. Here you can visit some old monasteries, churches and castles. The national park of Sybillic Mountains (distance of about 30km) and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (distance of about 24km) can be reached within 20 minutes by car.

The small town Montalto delle Marche with a town wall and cathedral is only 6 km away. The distance to the nearest restaurant and shop is 900 m and to the famous ancient provincial capital Ascoli Piceno about 40 km.

The manor is located on the area of 12 ha with an oak forest, vineyards, olive grove (about 60 old trees), peach plantation, apricots, cherries, pears, apples and figs. There is also a vegetable garden with organic vegetables. The guests are allowed to taste all of these delicious fruits and vegetables! The children may admire chickens and rabbits. Fresh farm eggs available!

Some years ago there was built a beautiful swimming pool (8 m x 3,20 m x 1,40 m). It is located only about 50 m away from the main building and open from about 15.6. until the middle of September; upon request also outside this time frame.

There is also a smaller circular swimming pool for kids. One half of the main building is surrounded by a trim garden with a barbecue area. There are 3 separated apartments in this part of the house. The guests of these 3 apartments have their own outdoor sitting area. 

The above mentioned 3 apartments are very well and accurately furnished. They offer: a central heating (gas), a car park, a cot (on request for children up to 2 years - free of charge).

The owner family takes lovely care of all of the guests; barbecue area.
