The apartment has air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen and living room, which can be independently controlled.

A roofed terrace is accessible from the living room and kitchen. It’s the perfect breakfast place! Private outside dining area your private outdoor eating area is located in the garden in front of the kitchen.

In the “ViP-Suite” there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds (which can be joined together), one with two single beds (which can be joined together) plus a bunk bed; 2 bedrooms have TV with satellite receiver. Then in the living room there is a separated area with a sofa bed for two.

A cot is available for infants if required, and there is a high chair and a baby-changing unit.

The living-dining room is very spacious and has three large windows. There is a large table where the whole family can eat together. 42-inch flat-screen Full-HD TV, DVD and BluRay Disc player. An HD satellite receiver with all the European free channels (Astra and Eutelsat). Exciting Home-Cinema system for viewing films: big screen (2.5 meters) with Full-HD video projector, powerful surround-sound system, with 6 in-wall loudspeakers + 1 subwoofer for bass cinema-like effects.

There is a book and film library for your use. Apple iMac 27inch computer, with wireless keyboard and mouse. The computer is accessible in several languages and it can be used for browsing the web.

The kitchen: modern style with a free standing island and built in counter top stove. The kitchen is furnished with a sink, gas stove, electric convection oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Small appliances: food processor, microwave, American coffee maker, juicer, kettle, etc.

A 32-inch flat-screen television with built-in satellite receiver is mounted on the wall, connected to an Apple Mac-mini computer with remote control, wireless mouse and keyboard. It contains iTunes with thousands of albums and it controls the hi-fi system which plays music in all of the rooms. You can play these albums (or your preferred music with Spotify) in every room, thanks to 22 Hi-Fi ceiling loudspeakers. You can also send music to every room with your iPod, via a bluetooth audio receiver.
