Luxury villa Il Poggiolo - Diano Marina

Il Poggiolo – a holiday villa in the town Diano Marina - is situated in one of the best parts of the town: in a quiet villa district on a hill “Monade“. Here you have a magnificent view of the gulf and the town. The whole property faces south and is surrounded by the Mediterranean garden with olive trees, flowers and bushes.

The garden offers not only a panoramic swimming pool and a large Jacuzzi, but also a spectacular view of the Ligurian Sea. The villa is located at an altitude of 50 meter and is only about 500 m away from the beach. You can reach the beach within walking distance (about 10 minutes).

The new infinity swimming pool (10m x 5m x 1,4m) and the outside area were completely renovated recently. Thanks to the newest technical upgrade, the infinity swimming pool is not only a nice eye-catcher, but it also provides the water quality of highest hygiene standards. The relaxing area near the swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious lawn and shaded by four modern sail awnings. You can fully enjoy your holidays here: lying on the sun beds, sitting in the deckchairs or just lazing in a hammock.

Another art of relaxation offers the Jacuzzi (for up to 6 people) which is in a glass garden room – “mini spa” You can even move the roof with a button and just gaze up at the star-studded sky here. What is more, you can change the colour of the lights in the hot tube by yourself: just use the remote control and program your own night light show. Thanks to the modern bio fireplace that heats up the water, the Jacuzzi can also be used in the winter. Last but not least, the holiday home is equipped with a Bose Wave Music System. The guests use an iPad to choose not only the kind of music they want to listen to, but they also choose the place where they would like to enjoy it. As a result, you can just listen to your favourite music in the garden or in “mini-spa”. There are many different pieces of music saved on the iPad. Additionally, the App with Spotify Premium provides access to millions of songs, so that the requirements of the most demanding music lovers will be met. Obviously, all guests can take advantage of the garden, swimming pool and the “mini-spa”. Moreover, Ping-Pong table, wood fired brick oven and a barbeque are also at the guests’ disposal.

The owner of the house lives in the basement flat of the villa and he will welcome you after you have arrived at the house. He takes lovely care not only of all of the guests,  but also of the maintenance of the swimming pool, the technical facilities and the garden. As a result, the gusts can enjoy their holidays in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and fully use the facilities of the villa. The holiday home has been renovated recently and has been equipped with high-quality modern furniture. You can unlimitedly use the quick free WiFi everywhere on the estate.

There are 3 separate elegant apartments in the villa. They are equipped with both the most modern technology and the most modern accessories.

The VIP Suite and the apartment Panorama I have a central heating. The apartment Panorama II has a heat pump.

Optional extras: a dinner cooked by a professional cook. The cook offers also Italian cooking courses. Every participant becomes the certificate of participation at the end of the course.
