This friendly small hotel is located in a quiet area, directly on the shore promenade and next to the sandy beach. The centre of the village is to be reached within easy walking distance. In front of the hotel there are a curved swimming pool (open from May till the end of September) with sunshades and deck chairs, veranda, shady parking lots, and tennis court (about 50 m away from the hotel). The guests can also enjoy the second, bigger swimming pool (20m x 10 m 1,6 m open from May till the end of September).

There are reception, living room, TV Room, bar, restaurant (good local and Italian cuisine, daily choice of 3 menues, breakfast buffet) on the ground floor. The dinning room with veranda is located on the lake side of the hotel.

The spacious and well-furnished rooms on the 1st and the 2nd floor offer bathroom, satellite TV, frigobar, internet access (WLAN), phone, air conditioning (fixed operating time), and a panoramic balcony with view to the lake (for a small surcharge) or to the village and the hills.

The hotel is located at the Lake Bolsena, a former volcanic crater. It is a good starting point for excursions to the Etruscan heartland.
