Villa Anna - S. Maria di Castellabate
Villa Anna is located in a calm residential area of the district Lago, only 220 m (4 minutes of walking distance!) away from the broad, sandy beach. Various shops and restaurants are only 100 – 200 m away.
The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful, he takes personally care of the building. The fenced garden disposes of private gateway, parking spaces and outdoor showers (with warm water). In the basement there is a lounge with reeding corner and satellite TV as well as a washing machine (against payment) at the disposal of all guests. The owner, from the middle of May until September, provides his guests with sun loungers, deckchairs and sunshades. There is also a diving school in the village.
The 10 apartments are partly on the ground floor, partly on the first and second floor. There are three types of apartments - all of them with courtyard or terrace/balcony. The equipment is very good and well-kept (comfortable mattresses, all of the kitchenettes dispose of new work surface in granite); 5 of the apartments dispose of central heating. German coffee maker available on demand.
