Le Puzelle is located on the hills on the south fringe of the Mediterranean town S. Severina (about 1,5 km away) with the impressive mountain backdrop. This lovingly restored estate has a very conscientious owner who takes care not only of the house but also of the wood (34 ha), olive groves and citrus trees.

The main attraction of the estate and a meeting point of all of the guests are a spacious panoramic terrace and a panoramic swimming pool (ca. 9,5 m x 4,5 m x 1,2-3,0 m, approximately open from 1.6. to 30.9.).

This estate is known for its excellent local cuisine which bases either on its own fresh ingredients; i.e. olive oil, wine, vegetables or on local organic ingredients. The guests savour their meals in the homely rustic room with an open fire place or on the terrace - on request. The plentiful breakfast (with home-made cakes, jams and fruits) is always on the terrace in a good weather. In case of a bad weather, the adjoining room will be used as a lounge.

The 8 homely rustic ensuite rooms with a separate outdoor entry and an air conditioner are located in the renovated natural stone houses (former stables). The majority of the rooms have beautiful timber ceilings. One family room features additionally a sleeping gallery and a satellite TV; further 5 rooms feature a TV. The houses are surrounded by the well-kept Mediterranean vegetation.

The favourable estate's location allows great trips to the town S. Severina (in the neighbourhood) with the best-preserved Norman castle and to the famous wine region Cirò. It takes about half an hour to reach the sea (i.e. with dreamlike sandy beaches near Le Castella) as well as the lonely woody mountains of Sila with their lakes, Crotone with its National Museum and Capo Colonna. The airport Lamezia Terme is about 90 km away.
