Villa in the former botanical garden

Once upon a time there was a nature enthusiast and a lover of plants Pino who kept a plant nursery on the big area over S. Domenica di Ricadi. Actually, it was more an enchanted garden similar to the botanic garden. This garden was a terraced one with small curvy paths and you could see the sea and the volcano Stromboli through the trees and the bushes...

The successor of Pino was another nature enthusiast: a doctor who has not only bought a part of this area (about 4000 sq.m.!) but also completely renovated the house there. However, some parts of this natural paradise remained: a small pond, many beautiful trees and bushes, a barbecue place…

The guests have a completely new equipped apartment (about 70 sq.m.) for up to 4+2 people on the 1st floor of the villa at their disposal: separate outdoor staircase, small entrance veranda, living dining room with satellite TV, double sleep sofa, kitchenette (4-burner stove, ***), big panoramic terrace with a vast view over the town, the sea and the Aeolian Islands; 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower cubicle). The furnishings are well-appointed and new; German coffee maker, WLAN, parking place. The washing machine is in the outbuilding.

There is also a vegetable garden with organic vegetables and some fruit trees. The guests are allowed to taste all of these delicious fruits and vegetables. You can easily relax in the shade of the big trees and in many romantic corners. The owner organises also boat trips and provides the guests with the bicycles on request.

A private road leads directly from the villa to the town, so you can reach the shops and restaurants on foot.

The distance to the magnificent beaches near S. Domenica, e.g. Baia di Riaci or Formicoli with sand as fine as a powder, is only 850-1900 m, to Tropea about 1,8 km, to Capo Vaticano about 6 km.
