This impressive private detached villa is located above the most beautiful sandy bay of Capo Vaticano, Grotticelle, in a large garden with beautiful old tree population. This neat property offers many idyllic corners and a beautiful stone fountain. A private drive leads you to this walled estate. A small car park is at the disposal of the guests. You can reach the sea (about 350 m away) on foot by a narrow road downhill.

Villa Giada has a special advantage that makes your stay here really comfortable: only about 20 meters away, there is the swimming pool (18 m x 9 m) of the adjacent Hotel Grotticelle, The guests have deckchairs in the green and an additional smaller pool for kids at their disposal! Other facilities of the hotel are also at the guests' disposal: spacious reception, an air conditioned restaurant with typical Italian-Calabrian cuisine, bar, tennis court, mini market, table tennis and a playground area for kids. A pretty outdoor dance pavilion invites all guests to evening events (animation programme in July/August). On request the animation team organises also a childcare (from 22.6. until 31.8.). The beach bar with highly knowledgeable bar tenders is a very favourite meeting place. You can also rent deckchairs and sunshades here. 

This very spacious and bright house (elevated ground floor, about 150 sq.m) was extensively renovated in 2010: it offers an entrance hall, kitchen-dinner (***, dishwasher, granite work surface) with a hatch to the living-dining room, huge living-dining room with satellite TV and open fireplace, spacious veranda, 3 bedrooms (2 of them are three-bed rooms and 1 has a direct door to the terrace), 2 bathrooms (one with a shower box and  a washing machine, the other one with a bathtub) and a large terrace, that offers wide view over the pool, the surrounding mountains and over the trees even up to the sea!
