The house is to be reached from the landward hillside through a gateway with parking places. The whole garden plot is fenced and terraced with Mediterranean ornamental shrubs, pine trees, olive trees and fruit trees. There is also a bricked outdoor shower at the disposal of the guests. 

The particular terraces in the garden are on the seaward hillside, mostly separated from each other by a natural stone retaining wall.  A private way (about 150 m.) leads you through fragrant Mediterranean vegetation and pine trees directly to the rocky beach, where you can swim by calm see. 

The private swimming pool (11 m x 6 m x 1-2,5 m, open from June till September. It may be longer open on request.) is also located below the house and offers a spectacular panoramic view. Around the swimming pool there is a big tiled relaxation area. Some more tiled terraces on different levels invite to have some rest or to dream...  

Thanks to its extraordinary location (about 80 m above see level), this detached house offers a large panoramic terrace on the ground floor on the seaward hillside.  A barbecue corner is a part of the equipment of the terrace. On the ground floor you will also find: a living dining room with french windows and a patio door to the terrace, an open fire place and TV; a kitchen (with a dishwasher and washing machine, ***) and a bathroom. The internal staircase leads you up to the first floor: one bedroom with a bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Last but not least, the attic room with a mansard: one bedroom with a bathroom and a roof terrace with a wonderful sweeping view over the seashore and the sea.
