This extraordinary villa is one of the first villas built in the bay of Peschici above the harbor in the 60's; therefore the house is located in the immediate proximity of the beach (about 50 m) as well as very close to the historical centre (through a stairway path in only a few minutes). In the surroundings there are various restaurants and shops (partly seasonal service) and well-provided beaches.

The house (natural stone paneling, dome ceiling) is fenced and offers a small patio that divides the main house from the annexe, the Dependance.

Main house (approx. 100 sq.m) for up to 6+1 people:
The entrance from the patio leads to the spacious living-dining room with masoned couch, fireplace, TV and circular marble dining table, masoned kitchen (***); a second door leads to the small, pretty garden with ornamental bushes and view over the harbor, the beach, the bay and the sea. Furthermore the house disposes of a large double bedroom, bathroom with masoned shower cubicle and bathtub, one more bedroom from which an elegant staircase leads to a large sleeping gallery with 3 beds.
The main house is very well-equipped, many parts of the equippment were renewed. There are a beautiful barrel vault and partly natural stone masonry in the living area; outdoor shower and barbecue.

Dependance (approx. 80 sq.m) for up to 2+2 people:
Entrance from the patio, living-dining room with double bed-settee, TV and kitchenette (***), spacious bedroom, large bathroom (shower cubicle and bathtub), one more bathroom with bathtub, outdoor area with furniture and outdoor shower. The equippment is cosy and and well-kept. Many parts of it were renewed.

Particular feature: ecological hot water supply through solar heat (the kitchen in the main house disposes of cold water only).
