It was recently renovated (first hire in the year 2008) and it might be, not to exaggerate, the flat with the most breathtaking view of whole Peschici. This completely new equipped family home (about 55 sq. m.) offers living/dining room with open fireplace, sleep sofa and a door to the huge panoramic terrace. The panoramic terrace is situated steeply over the see and the guests may use a part of it. You can enjoy the view of the see from 3 sites of the house. Underneath there is a harbour of Peschici. You can see the the Islands Tremiti with good visibility. Further, there are L-shaped kitchenette, 2 sleeping rooms (one of them is small with a transom window to the living room),bath (shower box) and central heating (gas) in Casa Superpanoramica. 

This apartment was entirely restored and well-equipped (beautiful tiled floors...); a washing machine is at the disposal of all of the guests.
